Brandon Kanatani, Director of State and Local Partnerships, brings more than 20 years of experience in federal grant management, specializing in both Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Public Assistance and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) programs. Throughout his career, Brandon has overseen large-scale recovery initiatives for state and local governments in California, Florida, Louisiana, and Texas, guiding communities through every phase of disaster recovery and long-term resiliency planning. His extensive experience also includes managing construction scopes for billion-dollar recovery programs — including the Road Home CDBG Program and the Texas Homeowner Assistance Program — further demonstrating his commitment to rebuilding stronger and more resilient communities.
