Metric Consulting’s Environmental Remediation practice helps public agencies, airports, federal installations, and infrastructure owners assess, manage, and remediate contaminated sites.

Led by Oscar Martinez, PMP, a senior project manager and program chemist with nearly 30 years of experience, the team supports all phases of environmental remediation, from initial site assessments and due diligence through treatment, regulatory coordination, and site closeout.

Our team collaborates with Metric Engineering’s planners, engineers, and environmental scientist teams to address contamination across roadway, airport, and facility projects. Our services include Per- and Polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) assessment and treatment, petroleum and metals contamination remediation, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and federal program support, asbestos, lead, and mold assessments, and regulatory compliance. We serve state departments of transportation (DOTs), municipalities, airport authorities, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Department of Defense (DoD) installations, helping clients navigate environmental requirements while keeping infrastructure projects on schedule.
