Oscar Martinez, PMP, Joins Metric Consulting as Senior Project Manager and Program Chemist

Metric Consulting is excited to welcome Oscar Martinez, PMP, as Senior Project Manager and Program Chemist to the team.

Oscar joins the Metric Consulting team as an environmental consultant with almost thirty years of environmental program experience, including Per- and Poly Fluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) chemistry support and multi-installation site inspection programs for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers.

In his role, Oscar will be responsible for establishing and growing Metric Consulting’s federal environmental services, leveraging his background in chemistry as the Subject Matter Expert for PFAS work.

Outside of his work, Oscar enjoys sporting events and is a fan of the San Antonio Spurs, University of Texas Longhorns, UTSA Roadrunners, and Dallas Cowboys. “I enjoy playing basketball but with my speed, I probably need to go back to only playing ‘Horse’ to keep up with the younger players,” he jokes.
