Veronica Benitez, Psy.D., President of Metric Consulting, brings a unique perspective to the firm’s mission of strengthening communities before, during, and after disaster. With a Doctor of Psychology degree from Nova Southeastern University, she approaches leadership with insight, empathy, adaptability, and a focus on guiding organizations through challenging times.
Under her direction, Metric Consulting continues to advance its commitment to resilience and recovery—helping government agencies and communities prepare for emergencies, respond effectively, and rebuild stronger. Veronica’s vision is to expand the firm’s impact while ensuring that integrity, trust, and accountability remain central to every project.
