Oscar has a strong background as an environmental consultant with almost thirty years of environmental program experience, including Per- and Poly Fluoroalkyl Substances (PFAS) chemistry support and multi-installation site inspection programs for the Department of Defense and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. His technical depth in analytical program design and data quality, combined with his program management expertise, makes him an ideal fit to manage our federal environmental services.
