Metric was selected by the City of Chipley to provide technical assistance in the selection, development, and submission of the City’s grant application to the Office of the Secretary of Transportation for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Reconnecting Communities and Neighborhoods (RCN) Program.

In coordination with City staff, Metric developed specific strategies for the identified projects, created detailed maps and graphics, and conducted cost estimation metrics, which were needed for the grant application and submission. Based on the approved scope and project materials, Metric completed the grant narrative, obtained letters of support, and completed all mandatory submission forms.
