Our team was selected by Louisiana’s Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government for the Grant Management and Administrative Services For HUD, FEMA and Other Federally Funded Programs contract. Metric Consulting our team supports the Parish in providing program management, grant and project management for disaster recovery funding, planning advisory services, grant writing, reimbursement and closeout activities, compliance maintenance, and guidance for several government aid programs.  We provided the Parish with outreach services that identified unmet needs that would fit within the program requirements. Our team took these findings and transformed them into projects that met policy guidelines. As part of this work, our team oversaw grant application development for the CDBG-DR funded Resilient Communities Infrastructure and Hometown Revitalization programs grant applications. This included outreach services, identification of unmet needs that fit program requirements, and the development projects that met program guidelines.
