Our team delivered turn-key solutions for all four programs from outreach and intake through closeout, guiding the County to expend all CRF dollars prior to the US Treasury’s expenditure deadline. To support the programs, we delivered a custom web-based application and grants management system in under two weeks; leveraged relationships with local community groups; and delivered targeted solutions to reach socioeconomically disadvantaged groups. The County’s program was lauded by the State of Kansas as one of the most successful in the state. Specifically, the County’s Emergency Rent, Mortgage, and Utilities Assistance was so well-received, the County retained Metric to deliver a second round of the program using County funding.

Metric actively engaged with the community to identify and apply for additional funds and implement strategies for a holistic recovery effort, which resulted in Finney County securing an additional $1.8 million for a critical broadband project.
